  • To plan and execute marketing, campaign, promotion, advertisement, and communication activities related to the processes and activities mentioned above,
  • To send commercial electronic messages in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages,
  • To contact you in order to improve service quality and to inform you about opportunities and updates in real estate marketing and sales processes,

Kişisel verileriniz, bu hususta açık rızanız olması şartıyla, gerekli teknik ve idari veri güvenliği tedbirleri alınmak suretiyle 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun ve Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmeliğe (“ETDHK”) uygun olarak sizlere Şirketimiz ve Alıcı Grubu tarafından reklam, kutlama, promosyon niteliğinde sms, e-posta, mms gibi ticari elektronik ileti (“e-ileti”) gönderilmesi amacıyla da işlenebilecektir. Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda bahsedilen amaçlar doğrultusunda 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu’nun (“Kanun”) madde 5/2-f bendi uyarınca, İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması ve Kanun’un 5/1 paragrafı uyarınca işbu kişisel veri işleme faaliyetine yönelik Açık Rızanızın bulunması hukuki sebebine dayalı olarak otomatik/otomatik olmayan yollarla işlenmektedir.

Dilediğiniz zaman POLAT ’a başvurarak;

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Understand the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
  • Request the correction of any incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law,
  • Object to any outcome that may result from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems if it affects you negatively,
  • Request compensation for any damage suffered due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may request to exercise your rights. To make your requests regarding your rights and the application of the Law, you should prepare a written application in accordance with the Notification on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. This written application, signed in wet ink, can be submitted in person or via notary, sent by registered mail with return receipt requested, or electronically by signing it with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature and sending it to kvkkpinsaat@polatholding.com using your KEP address or the email address currently registered in the Company’s data recording system. POLAT will respond in writing to such requests without charge for up to ten pages; for each additional page beyond ten, a processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be charged. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee requested by the Company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In your application to exercise your rights as a data subject, which includes explanations related to the right you wish to exercise, the request must be clear and understandable. If the request pertains to matters concerning yourself or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must present a notarized special power of attorney. Your application must include your full name, signature, Turkish ID number, residence or business address, email address, and phone and fax numbers, as these are required under the 'Notification on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.' Applications that do not include these details will be rejected by POLAT.

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I have been informed about the purposes for which my personal data will be processed by POLAT İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (POLAT FULYA), to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and my other rights as specified in Article 11 of the Law..

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and read the 'Disclosure Text Regarding Personal Data Processed in Communication and Information Request Forms' and, in accordance with the purposes and scope, methods, and legal reasons specified therein, I consent to the processing of my personal data such as name, email, and mobile phone, which fall under the identity and communication categories, by POLAT FULYA as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation. I agree to the transfer of my personal data by POLAT FULYA to individuals and entities with which the company has signed contracts and their collaborating third parties within the framework of the services provided and received, to third parties (including direct and indirect shareholders, domestic and international affiliates and subsidiaries, POLAT FULYA employees, third parties providing support services or from whom services are received, business partners, service assistants, consulting firms, group companies, suppliers, private institutions and organizations, and public institutions and organizations) and to competent authorities, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring the best utilization of the products and services offered by POLAT FULYA. I also consent to the marketing and promotion of products and services by POLAT FULYA and those to whom my personal data has been legally transferred, to be informed about campaigns and promotions, and to receive advertising notifications via various digital communication channels and telephone, without any coercion, and I declare that I have read and understood the disclosure text. I accept, declare, and commit to these terms.

Right to Refusal and Its Use

Your explicit consent for the personal data processing activities mentioned above and for sending electronic communications is valid until you exercise your right to refuse. Exercising your right to refuse will only prevent the sending of commercial electronic communications based on your explicit consent and the processing of your personal data for that purpose; it does not affect the validity of any legal transactions between you and the Data Controller and recipient groups, nor does it prevent the application of other relevant provisions in the Privacy Policy. To exercise your right to refuse, you can send an SMS with the text 'POLATINSAAT RET' to 7889. Your refusal request will take effect immediately upon receipt by the Company.
